Soft Services Account Manager

Our Client

This is an exciting soft services opportunity for a well-established FM operator.  It will be managing a nationwide portfolio of sites and the key areas of delivery for the role will include;

Role Details

 

  • P+L management for soft services
  • Managing service lines including cleaning, security, grounds maintenance and pest control
  • Leading a team of direct sourced and sub-contractors
  • Ensuring that compliance is adhered to including conducting risk audits
  • Producing monthly reports for the account directors
  • Undertaking any project works as required
  • Working to set SLA’s

 

Requirements

You will have a strong soft services background within multiple site portfolios. Knowledge of managing a direct team is essential for the role as is the ability to travel nationwide.
