This global support services business is currently seeking an experienced solutions director as the result of ongoing growth across the business. This will be to work on large bids across a number of business areas and the key areas of the role will include
Designing bespoke bid solutions for large TFM/support services bids from 10-50m+ across the corporate sector
Putting together a bid team for each bid including subject matter experts
Undertaking all end to end elements of the bid including mobilisation and transition
Presenting solutions to the client and conducting site visits with the BD team
Working closely with the senior operations teams to devise the solution
Managing the financial aspects of the bid
Ensuring compliance with governance for bids
Milestone management throughout the process and holding internal update meetings
Providing innovation for the bids
A strong background across the FM sector delivering complex TFM bids at the 10-50m+ level is essential for this role. Strong communication and presenting skills are also important for the role as is the ability to work with senior internal and external stakeholders.
The role will be London based with some UK travel and a degree in a business or engineering related subject would be an advantage.
