Facilities Manager – Soft Services

Our Client

This is a good opportunity to join a blue chip business as an FM lead for a blue chip corporate HQ based in High Wycombe. It will involve leading soft service delivery and supporting hard services on the site. The key elements of the role will include;

Role Details

Day to day operations of soft services for the site including cleaning, catering, grounds maintenance and front of house.
Support the hard services on the site
Develop a 5* ‘best in culture’
Management of the on-site operations team for various service lines
Overseeing all budget of 3m + including production of financial reports and managing month end
Acting as key point of contact for the key on site stakeholders
Ensuring that all HSE activities are carried out on site
Sub-contractor management for specialist services
Leading additional works as required

Requirements

You will have managed soft service delivery for corporate sites and have strong budget and team leadership skills. The ability to build senior relationships within the business is also important for the role as is good basic commercial awareness.
