Asset Manager – PFI

Our Client

Is a leading support services business. They are looking to appoint a Contract Manager to a very large contract in the East Midlands area.

Role Details

  • Deputising for Operational lead
  • Critically review the monthly valuations and reports produced by supply chain partners and sister businesses
  • Management of the Change Control process within the project from concept to completion
  • Management of defects, variations process to include resolution of disputes between contract parties
  • Oversee the monitoring and management of the service delivery partners


  • Strong construction and/or FM technical ability
  • Excellent commercial and financial skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to negotiate and solve problems
  • Presentation and communication skills
  • Holder of current valid driving licence
